On October 24th, the "Supercritical Foaming Technology Innovation and Application Forum", hosted by Aibang Polymer and co-organized by the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was successfully held in Ningbo. With "Innovation, Collaboration, Application" as its core themes, the forum brought together experts, scholars, and industry representatives from fields such as automotive, architecture, footwear materials, and packaging, as well as a number of well-known university research institutions. All participants jointly discussed the innovation trends and industrialization paths of supercritical foaming technology in new materials and new processes.

Dr. Fan, the Application Director of the company, delivered a keynote speech titled 3D Printed Foamed Polymers and Their Applications in Lightweight Structures, sharing our latest achievements and practical experience in foamed polymer structure design, manufacturing process optimization, and industrial application.

Director Fan pointed out in his speech that as a green physical foaming process, supercritical foaming technology is becoming one of the key technologies driving the lightweight development of polymer materials. By introducing the supercritical foaming process into the 3D printing system, Suzhou Juntai Textile Technology & Polypollymer Co., Ltd have achieved precise control over the material's microstructure. This enables products to significantly reduce weight while maintaining high strength and elasticity, providing brand-new design and manufacturing ideas for sports shoe midsoles, automotive interior parts, and consumer electronics structural components.
